FREQUENTLY ASKED ESCAPE ROOM TEAM BUILDING QUESTIONS

  • Please arrive at least 10-15 minutes early for your escape room. This gives you time to use restrooms, sign waivers, and go over rules. All members must be present to start the room, and no latecomers will be admitted once the game starts.

If groups arrive 5 minutes or later than their scheduled start, time will be deducted from their room experience. If groups are more than 30 minutes late, we will need to cancel or reschedule for a different date (rescheduling fees apply). We do not refund events cancelled due to group tardiness.

  • To prepare for your escape room, you’ll want to ensure everyone has signed waivers. Each member of your party will need to sign separately. It’s also helpful to divide groups into the rooms they are participating in before arriving, so we can go through rules and get you into the team building escape room faster.
